Vintage late 80s/early 90s red silk halter dress with pleating on the bodice, and beading on the body. Super fitted and sexy. The neckline is packed with beading making it a more dramatic contrasting blood red color. It lifts over the neck and drapes down the back into a fan-pleated train. Such a cool piece! Condition: Fair/as is, with a 1/2” black pen line at the middle front of the underbust, some faint light discoloration along the top edge of the bodice (has been treated), wear to the top left edge of the bodice (doesn’t affect wearability) speckled discoloration and runs throughout the silk bodice (predominantly on the front left side - see close up photo), a few small faint spots on the train, a few minor runs throughout the body and train, and a few missing beads and loose threads that could be tied off. Structurally the dress is still very wearable, and the shape is incredible. Would make for a lovely costume!
